YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THE SETTLEMENT:
October 9, 2025 Deadline to Submit an Objection: You may object to the proposed Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, or the request for attorneys’ fees and Litigation Expenses. If you wish to submit an objection, instructions for doing so are contained in the Settlement Notice. An objection must be submitted to the Court, so that it is received no later than October 9, 2025.
October 30, 2025 The Settlement Hearing will be held on October 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., before the Honorable Robert J. Colville of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, either in person in Courtroom 8C of the Joseph F. Weis, Jr. U.S. Courthouse, 700 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, or by telephone or videoconference, in the discretion of the Court.
December 10, 2025 Deadline for Submitting a Claim: In order to be potentially eligible to receive a payment from the Settlement, you must submit a Claim so that it is postmarked (if mailed) or submitted online via this website no later than December 10, 2025.
